Appeal userlist

I have been declined for receiving a scholarship offer just because my "Proof of Residency" was not sufficient enough. I am ready to provide anything else that I can to prove that I live in Pakistan. I believe that if everything else is complete and provided then I should not be rejected for the scholarship for a very minute reason. I had uploaded my passport as proof which was written to be acceptable in the criteria. Please look into my query and allow me to continue with the scholarship application.
